Processing a refund on the LoyLap Register
Refunds are something that will need to be offered to customers in certain situations. Here is how you can refund a customer to their debit / credit card
1) Open up the Facilipay app on your PAX device and then tap on Refund.
2) You'll be shown the Refund screen below, asking if you want to refund to a Gift Card or Payment Card. Tap on Payment Card.
3) Now you'll be asked for the amount that you want to refund back to the customer. Type this in and then tap on the Refund option in the bottom right corner.
4) Now you'll be prompted to Tap, Insert or type in the card number of the customers card that the refund is going to.
5) Once successfully processed you'll see the completion screen and the option to print a Customer Copy of the Receipt.
