Push Notifications on Campaigns
Following the steps used in this article you will be able to create a campaign and issue a push notification to your customers letting them know about the offer
1) Log into your business portal on loylap.com
2) Click on 'Create' & go to 'Campaign'
3) You can then go through the process of setting up a campaign. We have an article here that shows an example for setting up a campaign for customers birthdays. Once you have completed the set up of the campaign you'll want to click on the Notifications tab. Then you'll want to click on Edit.
The main points around setting up the Push Notifications are below:
Push Notification Title - This will be what is displayed when the Push Notification is issued in bold text.
Push Notification Content - This will be the text visible within the Push Notification that is issued to the device, which can expand if the customer pulls down on the notification.
You can also set the Date & Time you want the notification to go out or set it to go out when the Campaign is released. The video highlights setting the notification to go out on a specific date & time. This will be beneficial if you are running a campaign on a certain day or for a certain event.
