Redeeming a gift card

From the ‘Welcome’/‘Waiting For Request From Till’ screen, tap the screen or press any key to view the main menu.

Select the ‘Sale’ option from the main terminal menu using the touchscreen.

Enter the amount you wish to redeem from the card’s balance and select the ‘OK’ option.

Once approved, the terminal will print out a merchant copy of the receipt, followed by a customer copy.

After printing, the terminal will return to the ‘Welcome’/‘Waiting For Request From Till’
