For your primary Clover device with Order Ahead configured

You will receive an alert for every new incoming order on the Clover device which has order configured. You will also be able to hear a bell sound, signalling an incoming order. 

If the options to Automatically accept all orders is turned off (learn how to do that here) you will get a popup on your screen for every incoming order.
