'Stack' Error Messages on Clover POS

Error messages may pop up on your Clover Device if there is an issue with your account. You can find the solutions below

When opening the app on the Clover POS you should either be prompted to create an account (if this is your first time opening the app) or signed in automatically. There might be occassions where an error is presented and you have to make a change to your account, I've included these error messages and solutions below:

 {"message":"Please, log into the Dashboard and add a payment method to your account","stack:"Merchant has no payment method added"} - This means that there is no payment method added to your LoyLap account, be it via a payment card being linked or a Direct Debit set up. {"message": "This MID is already registered to another owner. \n For security, please log into the dashboard and create owneremailaddress@domain.com as an employee and try again" ,"stack" : "Not a valid Franchise member"} - This means that the owner email address that is on the device is already in use and that the email address being presented in the error message needs to be added as an employee account so this is recognised by the LoyLap system.
