Process for dealing with a query from a business that originated from a non-associated email address
Our first steps would be to see if the email address may not have been associated in error. You can do so by searching the email address in the admin portal. If this returns a result to the business then add this as a contact for the company in Hubspot.
If you get no result on the email search then we should advise that the email they have contacted us from is not associated to a business and that we are unable to handle the merchant request until an admin adds them as an employee on the business portal.
We should issue the email template titled Non Registered Email Contact which explains the situation and advises who the account admin is so the person contacting us has a steer on how to progress with their matter.
