Understanding the number of monetary vouchers (MUVs) sold in-store and online

This report gives an overview of vouchers with a pure monetary component i.e it ignores Experiences to give just the Gift Cards sold and redeemed which affects the merchants liabilities.

1) Log into your LoyLap Dashboard, and select 'Reports' from the left Navigation drawer, following by Clicking 'Gift Cards' to open the Gift specific reports.

2) Next, please select 'Monetary Vouchers' from the sub menu on screen. This will give you a detailed page listing all monetary vouchers sold i.e. Multiple use vouchers which add liability to your Balance sheet upon sales, and reduce balance sheet liability on redeem. 

3) Change the date range to adjust search results, and use the 'Export' function to export to excel if you prefer to do analysis in a speed sheet.
