Understanding Your Balance Report

Your Balance Report will contain important information for the Gift Vouchers you have sold. Track the Revenue and Non Revenue Vouchers as well as see any expired vouchers all in one place

1) Log into your business portal on loylap.com

2) Click onto Reporting and then Gift Cards

3) You'll then want to click into 'Balance Report'

4) You'll be taken to the below page. This lists all vouchers that have been sold by the business, sorted by most recent.

Here we will detail each voucher, such as if this is a multi use (non revenue) or single use (revenue) voucher and the current outstanding balance of the voucher. We'll also show the expiry date of the voucher so you'll know what cards are included in the figure of the Liability Report.
