Understanding Your Customers Export
Exporting your Customer Data allows you to view the accounts in a report and filter the data to your liking
Follow our guide here that shows how to export your Customer data.
1) Once Exported you'll want to open up your file in either Excel or Google Sheets. Each column will have a unique heading. We've explained each the column headings below
A) ID. This is the internal ID we hold to identify the account
B) Name. Full Name of the Customer Account
C) First Name. First Name of the Customer
D) Last Name. Last Name of the Customer
E) Email. The email address associated to their LoyLap account
F) Username. The Original Card ID associated to their account.
G) Status. Indicates if the account is active or not. 1 = Active 0=disabled
H) Nickname. Nickname (id applied) of the customer account.
I) Phone_Number. Phone number (if input) of the customer account.
J) Date_Birth. This is where the Customers date of birth is located
K) Date_Add. Date the account was associated with the business.
L) Date_Edit. Date that an amendment was last made to the account.
M) Account_Number. This is the column that will list all of the IDs currently linked to the customer accounts, if there are multiple numbers in the cell this means that multiple cards are linked to the account.
N) Gender. Shows the selected gender for the customer account.
O) Card_Brand. If the customer has a payment card linked to their account, this will show if this is a VISA or Mastercard.
P) Expiry_Date. Similar to the previous column, this will show the expiry date of the linked card.
Q) Cash_Balance. This is the amount the customer has as a balance to spend at your business.
R) Stamp_Balance. If your business offers stamps then their available stamps will be shown here.
S) Role_Name. If you have customers assigned to a role, this column will list the role they are associated to.
