Unlink A Card from an account on a PAX device

You'll want to scan the card you want to unlink from the account. This can be done by following the same process for checking the Gift Card balance that we have documented here.

Once you have scanned the card and can see the balance, you'll want to tap on the icon in the top right, underneath 'Gift'.

 

This will take you into the account that the card is linked to.From here you'll want to tap on 'Linked Items'

This will then show all of the cards that are linked to the account you have scanned. To remove one of the cards you'll want to tap on the bin icon next to the card number.

You'll then see a prompt similar to the below advising that the card is going to be removed from the account. This means that it will not present any account or remaining balance when scanned. If you are happy to proceed then tap Accept.

This will unlink the card from the account and allow it to be resold.
