Enabling Auto Accept for Orders on Tablet

Auto accept is a feature that will automatically accept Online Orders that a customer makes, resulting in a streamlined order flow for staff to prepare the order and the customer to receive the order.

1) You'll need to open up the Online Ordering app on your Android Tablet. Then tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner and tap on Preferences.

2) From there, you'll want to scroll down until you see the option to Automatically Accept Orders. Tap on this so the icon is marked green and over to the right hand side.

3) You'll now get an audible notification when orders are placed as they are automatically accepted by the system. If you have a printer connected then the order will also print automatically.
