Viewing and Exporting Online Order summaries

You can export all your Online Orders for a defined period to help with delivery and order collection operations, or to just understand what is popular with your customers who order online.

1) Log into the LoyLap business portal on loylap.com

2) Hover over the reports heading and then click on Orders

3) You'll then be taken to the below page, showing all of the orders you've received for the Calendar month you are in.

 

You can configure the date range and location you want to see order for using our detailed filter options.

Merchant - Name of the Business

Branch - The specific location

Type - Delivery, Collection or Fixed Delivery

Terminal ID - The specific device the order went to

Name - Name of the customer

Due Date - Date range used to view order history

Status - Accepted, Declined, Completed

Total - Basket value of the Order.

 

4) Once you have applied the desired filters to your report, click on the 'Product Summary' option on the right hand side of the page.

The below page will then open up, giving you an overall summary of Products ordered in the given time period. You can then click on Export to download the file into Excel.

Once the file is exported, open this up and you will have a list of the items sold over the date range provided.



It is worth noting if you have items with modifiers, like the example above, you have the option for this to be listed individually prior to the export, to have a more detailed breakdown of how exactly items are ordered. Simply tick the highlighted box below prior to the export.

You'll see from this export that it breaks down the Cappuccinos into different lines that show the modifiers that were used each time these were ordered:
