Who has access to my Data?

Only LoyLap and the Merchants you use your account with have access to your details, to protect you we also secure our system with the following:

• Our entire system is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant (the highest industry standard) which covers a whole range of security measures from physical to technical
• In relation to payments, we never store credit card details ourselves, for cashless transactions, we tokenize cards.
• Data is stored across 3 locations in Ireland and the data itself sits behind Amazon's industry-best data architecture.
