I've Received an Email stating I've Set Up an Account

We totally understand the concern, especially with modern online scams. Here is our guide on why you may have received this email

If you haven't provided your email address to us directly, either through signing up via our member app or via online communication then we can understand why you think this could be a scam or phishing attempt.

There are various businesses that use LoyLap to provide Loyalty and Gift card services to their customers. They can also be used to manage memberships that have peripherals linked to them for your convenience e.g access bands, membership cards, branded nfc devices that interact with their offerings. When creating an account with them they may then in turn use your details to be loaded into the LoyLap database so your account is recognised by our systems and you are receiving the service that has been advertised to you. These businesses should notify you of this prior to loading to loading you details and we can only apologise if this did not occur.

We are more than happy to verify if you account is legitimate and which business it is associated with, simply contact us from the email address that received the welcome email and we can confirm these details for you.
