Enabling Delivery for fixed delivery locations e.g. Ordering to Table Numbers

Follow the below steps to enable table service delivery.

1) Log in to your portal


2) Click on 'More', then click on 'Branches'


3) Locate the branch that you would like to enable table service for and press the edit icon.


4) Click on 'Ordering' and then click on 'Edit'


5) Ensure that 'Fixed Delivery' is ticked and that you have added each table number, or the table numbers that are being used for table delivery service.

*Please note that the name of the fixed delivery location can be edited.


6) If you scroll down the page, you will see a section where you can change the display text and the placeholder message, this section is for other delivery scenarios for example: room service.


7) Test your updated changes on the live app.
